PicFrame from the developers over at Active Development, is an app that gives you the ability to combine multiple photos into awesome looking frames. The final result is a cool looking image, that actually reminds us of our Photo Mosaic prints.
The app is super versatile, and offers a ton of different features so that you can fully customize each frame you create. Here are just a few things that PicFrame has to offer:

The app's developers claim it will shoot up to 20 full-resolution pictures in one second when run on an iPhone 5. That's very fast. Rather than take time to save to your camera roll, the app presents a display of your images, and you can select the ones you want to save. GPS data is included, and all the other metadata the iPhone provides is tagged to each photo.
